Atención, Atención : "Havana Moon" y las transmisiones del espionaje cubano y la Stasi

La Dirección de Inteligencia del Ministerio de Seguridad del Estado de la desaparecida República Democrática Alemana  asesoró y suministró al espionaje cubano equipamiento para transmitir mensajes  secretos númericos de acuerdo a documentos, desclasificados de los archivos de la Stasi, revisados por el autor durante la investigación "Conexión Habana-Berlín". Este método fue utilizado, de acuerdo a las investigaciones del FBI, por los espías Ana Belen Montes, Carlos and Elsa Alvarez, Walter Kendall Myers, y Gwendolyn Myers.

El  documento proviene del archivo del Departamento Técnico-Operativo y se trata de una solicitud de la Dirección de Inteligencia(DGI) con fecha del 10 de enero de 1977.

El Mayor  Herrera pedía el  envío a La Habana de una estación  numérica,( tipo 2028.3) con una frecuencia de 60 Hz, idioma español con cifras del 1 al 0 y la grabación con voz femenina: ATENCION,ADIOS y FINAL.

La información fue trasladada a Berlín por el oficial de enlace de la Stasi en La Habana, Coronel "Röster".

Abstract The Cuban Intelligence Service has a long record of broadcasting
encrypted numbers messages by shortwave radio to communicate with its
clandestine agents abroad. Although it is considered a secure way to
communicate covertly, there have been espionage cases where the use of this
type of communication provided hard physical evidence, resulting in criminal
complaints and convictions.

It is speculated that there are broadcasts at 1800 and 1900 on Mon, Tues.,
and 1900 Fri., but there have not been any reports I have seen for these
times.  (Of course I could well have missed some reports.)  My monitoring
has confirmed most of these frequencies / times as well as the reports.

All are in female, Spanish voice, AM; Call up is xxx xx for about 5 minutes,
to 5 number sets, with a 3 second pause after every 10 sets of numbers.
There does not seem to be a standard number of 5 number sets.  (Although
someone who counts better than me may dispute that.)
